About our Corporate Training practice

The people, principles and passion behind fifteen years of transformative learning experiences.

Our story

Insight Corporate Learning was founded in 2009 by two organisational psychologists who believed that workplace training in Australia was overdue for a revolution. Too many programs were generic, lecture-heavy and disconnected from the real challenges employees faced on Monday morning. They set out to build something different — a consultancy that treated every training engagement as a strategic partnership, not a transactional delivery.

From a small office in South Australia, the founding team began working with local councils and mid-sized manufacturers, designing bespoke workshops that combined behavioural science with practical business acumen. Word spread quickly. Within three years, the client roster had grown to include national retailers, healthcare networks and ASX-listed mining companies.

Today, Insight Corporate Learning operates across every Australian state and territory, with a core team of twelve facilitators supported by a network of specialist associates. We have delivered more than 1 200 workshops and programs, consistently earning a client satisfaction rating above 98 per cent. Our growth has been organic, fuelled entirely by referrals and repeat business — a testament to the quality and impact of our work.

Our mission and values

Our mission is simple: to help organisations unlock the full potential of their people through learning experiences that are relevant, rigorous and genuinely transformative. Everything we do is guided by four core values that shape how we design, deliver and measure our work.

Integrity

We are honest about what training can and cannot achieve. We set realistic expectations, deliver on our promises and always act in the best interest of our clients — even when that means recommending a different approach than the one they initially envisioned.

Relevance

Generic content wastes everyone's time. We invest heavily in understanding each client's industry, culture and strategic context so that every minute of training feels directly applicable to participants' daily work and career aspirations.

Empathy

Learning requires vulnerability. Our facilitators create psychologically safe environments where participants feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and challenging assumptions without fear of judgement or embarrassment.

Impact

We measure success not by the number of hours delivered but by the behavioural change observed. Every program includes robust evaluation mechanisms so that both we and our clients can see tangible evidence of learning transfer and business improvement.

Our senior team brings together decades of experience spanning organisational psychology, adult education, industry leadership and digital innovation. They set the strategic direction for every program we deliver and personally oversee quality assurance across all engagements.
