Frequently asked questions

Here are answers to the questions we hear most often from organisations considering a corporate training partnership with us.

For single workshops, we recommend booking at least three to four weeks ahead to allow time for needs analysis and content customisation. For multi-week programs, six to eight weeks of lead time is ideal. That said, we understand that urgent needs arise and we do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when possible.

Absolutely. Our interactive virtual classroom platform supports live facilitation, breakout rooms, polling, shared whiteboards and real-time collaboration. Many of our clients find that virtual delivery is just as engaging as face-to-face when designed well — and it eliminates travel costs and scheduling complexity for distributed teams.

We have delivered programs across healthcare, mining and resources, financial services, government, retail, technology, education and not-for-profit sectors. Our facilitators are selected for their relevant industry experience, so you always work with someone who understands your operating environment and can speak your language.

We use a multi-layered evaluation approach inspired by the Kirkpatrick model. This includes participant satisfaction surveys immediately after the session, knowledge assessments to measure learning gains, behavioural observation check-ins at 30 and 90 days, and alignment with business KPIs where applicable. You receive a comprehensive impact report that makes the value of your investment clear.

Our workshops accommodate up to 25 participants, while our multi-week leadership programs are capped at 15 per cohort to ensure personalised attention. For larger audiences, we can run multiple cohorts in parallel or design a cascaded delivery model where internal champions are trained to extend the learning across the organisation.
